Default Leak From Rear Diff Mount?

Hello,
I noticed the other day a spot of oil in my garage from the rear of my 2003 sk2 (71,000/mi). Under further inspection it looks like a may have a leak from the drivers side rear diff mount? I'm attaching two images that I took under the car. The first image is from the rear of the car the other is from the front. Can any one speak to this issue and if it is common? I'm the only owner of the car & I've done regular rear diff changes (not that it's directly related). Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance,
-j

I also had my left (drivers side) rear diff mount go (it was broken when I bought the car--who knows how long the previous owner drove the car that way or what damage occurred).

Same picture for me, right down to the fluid leaking onto the exhaust piping below.

I had a Honda dealer mechanic look at it who works on all the s2000s they get and he said it was "very rare, very uncommon." But it happened to my '02 w/ 58k miles.

I'm not sure what the cause was, but I replaced both rears with new ones.

Does anyone know what would cause these to burst/break?

Thanks so much for the response Harry. Did you do the swap yourself? Trying to determine how difficult it may be...I all the maintenance on the car so I'm not afraid to get my hands dirty.

It's not hard at all just have to disconnect both mounts to get the diff to drop about 2" to allow them to slide out. Can get them out with the exhaust as well.

Left leaky dif mount, common.

I just removed the 4 bolts, and unbolted the sway bar as it was in the way. Didnt need to move the dif at all, it came right out. Easy DIY job.

You guys are awesome! Thanks so much for the help!!

As far as ordering parts...would that be considered: 50710-S2A-000 (part #) 001 002 MOUNTING A, RR. DIFFERENTIAL (copied from Majestic - Component\Rear Differential Mount)? Would I also need: 50730-S2A-013(part #) 002 001 RUBBER ASSY., R. DIFFRENTIAL MOUNTING
