Default Leaky boot :(

Help guys, my boot is leaking really badly, has anyone had this problem or know anything about it?? I can't see any breaks in the boot seal, but a lot of water is getting in. looks like its dripping in at the passenger side

any help would be appreciated.

In England the Top is the "Boot" as the Bonnet is the Hood. Sometimes it helps to look where folks are from when deciphering questions. That being said I notice your car is a MY2000. Over time the rubber seals will take a slight set which can cause leakage. Honda has a special grease for lubricating the boot (i.e. top) seals. Ask your local Honda dealer for a tube of ShinEtsu grease (Honda p?N: 08798-9013). Lubricate the seals all around and you should be good to go.

You are correct, the boot is the trunk in England. One of the many things you can learn watching Top Gear. Something else you learn is the 'alternate' way to say 'aluminum'.

Do you have a spoiler on your car? One of my friends had a leak around the holes drilled for the spoiler, maybe that's the problem.
