Default LED brake lights?

Any one heard of replacement LED breaklights for our cars?

I love the quick on/off transistor response with the LEDS....it would then match our trunk lights.

I've been looking for these and haven't come across them . Maybe they don't exist?

I thought there were plug and play LED replacements available for most standard bulbs. I don't know where to get them, but my neighbor bought some for his Dodge truck.

Maybe you can find them here. There is a cross reference at the top right.

Replacing the bulbs is not really an option. The LED bulb replacments are too dim to be seen during the day. You need something like what the 04's have.

I did only try the 15 LED bulbs, since I was worried if the 24 would fith through the hole. Nobody seems to have tried to move the LED portion of the 04 tails to an 03 housing. I would if I could afford it.

I wasn't aware that the '04+ models had LED rear lights.

Why? What practical purposes do LED trunk and instrumentation lights serve? Is this just part of the bling factor?

i suppose so. Leds are like crack to me the only non-leds on my car are are the 2 little bulbs bulbs that light up the face of the cluster at night and the reverse lights (both for visibility issues).
