in order to get all that done in 2 hours, we have to shave off 45 minutes somewhere...i don't see anywhere that has any minutes to shave off, unless more than 1 person worked on the car.
Check out the Youtube clip of him doing a valve adjustment in a parking lot (search "Billman", "valve adjustment"). Whilst he may or may not have done this work in 2 hours it is evident that he has clinical precision and speed when tooling on s2ks, even in a parking lot whilst maintaining casual conversation.
He also advertises "transmission rebuilding - while you wait" in his signature.

The hardest my car has ever been driven was by Bill with me in the passenger seat. I left the dirty boxers in Freq's trash can.

I won't tell you how fast he can replace a clutch (without a lift). You'll just say I'm lying.

When you do this for a living day in and day out, it's basically muscle memory.

I agree completely. I work at a Honda engine factory in final repair and I can do a block change in about 5hrs. We are budgeted 8hrs for the job. Like he said you do it everyday and it is second nature and you put your parts down in the same spot everytime your tools are exactly where you expect them to be.
Heck I even get out the majority of the tools required and have them laid out on my tool box. lol I am a bit OCD.

I would never question billman, but shouldn't they motor have been cold for the valve adjust? That's a couple hours at least.

I'm trying to purchase a Billman timing chain tensioner. On his facebook page it says join s2ki and message him to order one. I'm not seeing any obvious way to do that? Could someone please advise?
