want to spend up to $800 on exhaust. whats the best for the money? (loudest, and looks)

Take a hacksaw to the pipe just south of the catalytic converter... about as loud as it gets for $0 !!!

Spoon is pretty loud. You'll be able to find a used one for that price, I've seen it here.

SPEED is probably the loudest. It has no resonator and is a straight pipe all the way through to the muffler.

I'd definately say Veilside. Straight through single exit and light as hell. It does sound/look kind of ricey though.
