Default Looking for a screw to hold latch in place

I'm looking for the 2 screws that hold the convertible latch in place. All the threads I've come across have the above diagram but I don't think that this shows the screw I need. This is the latch itself, but I need the 2 screws that anchor the latch onto the top. Anyone have any ideas what size they are or where I can get them?

This is the screw I'm looking for. Anybody know where I can get one? I need 2 actually. Possibly 4.

Each latch has two different screws, one tapered one flat.

In the pic the flat one is missing.
