low 10's in some places last time I checked at WOT. my gauge doesn't go lower than 10. Hard to read now if it bogs down under WOT.

Yeah probably bogging down from being super rich then I would think. Get a form of engine management and tune it. Or at the least lean out the mixture a little bit with the fmu.

When's the last time you checked/cleaned your air filter? If you're still running the original foam filter a good cleaning will help immensely. A replacement would be even better.

Get a obd logger and see if that tells you more.

Are you sure you don't have belt slip or extra bleed off from the bov?

The blower is making boost so I don't think so. Belt seems to be tight without being overly light. I don't have a blowoff valve but I have a bypass valve. I wouldn't know how to check that. With the boost gauge everything seems correct and it seems like it is much more of a power loss than just not making any boost. I just haven't had much free time to check out the problem. But the more I look into it it seems like more of a spark plug/ ignition problem. Could also be a problem with the injectors. Was planning on changing the plugs, doing a valve adjustment, and cleaning injectors once I get some free time and help. If all goes well I will get it tuned after that which might help the problem if it is still there.

I was going to suggest the valve adjustment, new plugs and clean injectors....sounds like you are on your way.

Yup, sounds more like ignition. It would be obvious if you had a wideband o2 on the car.

Check you esm voltage with a multimeter. The are two holes in it, you just put the meter probes in there and measure it at idle. it has an adjuster screw.

IIRC, it should be 2.92V.
