Default Lower rear shock nut...

Hi all,

Got some new coilovers for my MY07. Just have a quick question...does anyone know the pitch/size of the nut that goes in the lower part of the rear suspension? The oem 'nut' is welded onto the stock shocks, so i would need to get a matching nut to install the new suspension.

here's a quick pic of the part I need the nut for:

If anyone could help me out with the specific nut i need to get, i'd really appreciate it!

thanks

i know it's a 17... but i do not remember all the technical information of the thread/pitch.

whatever you do, MAKE SURE it's a DOT grade bolt, cheap hardware is not rated for automotive use and they can fail.

Its definitely a 17 MM head bolt. The only 19s that are on the back of the S are the 2 most forward bolts holding the rear sub frame on. The rest are 17. Just bring your OEM shock with ya to autozone and match it up.

try to look on www.hondaautomotive parts for the shock assembly, and it might list what size/pitch it is.
