They're close to stock. Also, they're progressive, so alot of people say the springs have HELPED their ride quality. I decided on the Eibach's... even though I would have rather had a smaller drop than 1", I had read a few posts about the H&R's sagging after a while... and I decided a definate 1" drop is better than a .75/.67 drop that turns in to a 1.5 / 1.5 drop
