Lowering Springs-Good or Bad?

what makes the KG/MM better than say eibach or H&R springs?

They are progressively wounded springs,and the quality is top notch!!!
Rear is 448#,and Front 398#.

I'd imagine that means 448 and 391 lb/in, as in the spring rate.

Progressive-rate is self explanitory.

Do a spring and damper combo at least. Lowering springs, no matter what brand, will decrease handling performance and will also overwork and prematurely wear out OEM dampers. Changing springs only is ghetto....

yup, the stock handling is good enough but if you want the look then go for it. it will wear out your suspension either way.

Very sorry,but I don't agree.!!!
Cheap springs,only for the sake of lowering,can,and most of the time will,decrease the stock handling of the suspension.
But a good,properly calibrated spring/shock combo,will do wonders,compared to OEM;you will run circles around a stock "S".
Remember,there is always place for improvement.!!!
