LSD?
check your tire pressure. seriously. 99% of the time that's the problem.
also, we don't have a "clutch" system LSD. our LSD is gear based. it's either working or it's not. there's no in between. if your LSD was bad, you'd know it, because you'd barely be able to drive the car, if at all.

ok thanks for all the input guys, ill be sure to check the tire pressure today,
but 3 techs looked at the car at honda cars of Corona, and they cannot figure out whats wrong with it, so thats why the factory rep has to come out. so if it is just the tire pressure, well they need to hire new techs.....
about the tires, all 4 tires are brand new.
thanks again for all the imput and enlightening me about the LSD
on a side note i might have forgot to mention, while i drive fast and upshift fairly quickly in between shifts the car seems to get VERY unstable and on the 1-2 shift, the back end wants to step out.......

Have you checked your alignment (thrust angle)?

i agree with wisconsin's tire pressure remark, the same exact thing happend to me, on every shift it would weave the car slightly, then also i noticed it more when turning, it would be mushy one way and stiff the other way...
common problem with any dealer or independent shop is they live by the rule set the toe and let it go. Now i'm not saying thats what they did but thrust angle (basicly wheather your car goes strait or "crab walks" down the road) or rear camber could cause the problem but deffinatly check the tire pressure first.
