Default Which marking is TDC in regardings to the crank pulley?

We used a timing light at idle to check for TDC at the crank pulley, there is a red mark and a white mark on the pulley, which one is supposed to be aligned with the arrow on the block. Anyone know?

I dont know but just a suggestion,
put the stock ecu back in and use the timing light to find out which one is the mark. Then you know what to do

please share your findings once you know kys2000

The red mark is 5 degrees BTDC, the correct timing for the car. The white is TDC, or zero degrees.

Take out the #1 spark plug and put a long straw or the like in that Cly. and turn it by hand...then you'll know. It does say that the RED mark is TDC.

Umm I couldn't remember it is right or wrong but, you can try this.
It is defend on what kind timing light you using..
If you use base timing light, You should check with white mark on the pulley... If your timing light can advance or retard timing, than set timing with manufacture's spec. than it will be line up with red mark.... (Possible reverse order sorry. can not remember right now.)
