miss shift nightmare

ok so ill make this short and to the punch , i miss shifted on the frwy about 65-70 mph i went to 2nd instead of 4th. being that i have the j's clutch and flywheel set up in my car it all happened really fast and hard i pulled it out of gear as soon as i could react. i drove for maybe a half mile then pulled over it was idling ruff and sounded like a wrx or something. its throwing misfire codes for 2,3,4. my question is whats the most likely damage done? valve clearances bent valve cracked retainers.

sounds like bent valves, the retainers likely didn't crack as a result of this but when you replace the valves you might as well do the ap2 retainer upgrade. Hopefully the pistons are safe, you'll need to pull the head and inspect the pistons at that time.
Bent exhaust valves. Possible bent intakes.
Likely broken intake retainers.
Pistons will have light blems but will be fine. Just use sandpaper and smooth any sharpness on the pistons caused by valve contact.
