Default Missfire at cold start....

Recently, I got a new short block and done a valve job on a head. Eversince I got my car back, it started to missfire at cold start (usually at idle) and goes away when warmed up .
I checked sparkplugs, coils, fuel injectors but found no problem.... Where should I be looking next? Any input will be appreciated. Thanks~~

P.S. Anyone from L.A. area knows any good honda service shop?

I have a similar problem.. it seems to misfire the slightest amount, just enough to notice when the engine is cold. I dont get any CEL's though.
