I can't say what would happen if I lowered them or raised them but in my past drag racing life, I found that low tire pressure (to try to get more rubber on the ground) caused wheel hop because the tire tried to grab the ground too hard and deformed easily. Low tire pressures work well with "crinkle wall" drag slicks but I don't think it works so good with street radial tires. Higher pressures reduces the chance of tire deformity while trying to spin and one should encounter less hop.
(But I might be behind the times and have no idea what the heck I'm talking about.)

Hi.

I'm fairly sure that its not my LSD doing it's stuff because it does the same sh*t with my Kaaz LSD and with my OEM Torsen LSD. In addition, all my coins in the car starts bouncing around so it has to be wheel hop.

Thanks for the suggestions. Anything else I can possibly do?

I personally have experienced the "wheel hop" when I would launch my car by just dumping the clutch. Is this when you experience it VTEC Racer?

Could it be a worn out, or blown rear damper?
