Default Mugen ECU and test pipe question?

My question is "Would the CEL go on when you run the Mugen ecu with a test pipe?"
I really don't want to use a simulator. If anyone has any information they can share with me please post. Thank you in advance.

Mike

The Mugen ECU ignores the O2 sensors. You do not get a CEL with a test pipe (or a bad or disconnected sensor).

EDIT.. he is right but the affirmative to the negative is confusing.
