Mugen Power?
So the mugen ecu does make a noticeable difference then. Is the mixture too lean though? It still looks like a fully programable ems would probably be the way to go, if I could find a damn dyno shop!!!!

yup, the aem ems i will get soon.
i wanna do the cams and port last or maybe even buy a new head as i already almost did so, but the buyer never sent me pics so i didn't trust it

Good point on that. Another important thing to consider is that you do end up saving quite a bit of weight in the long run going from all stock parts to all mugen parts. Every 11 lbs or so feels like about 1 hp. Still up in arms as to wether go with AEM ems or mugen ecu... the ecu just sounds like a winner not having a dyno around here.
