Has anyone given thought to painting the inside to match the car paint (base, clear coat)? I would but I have Berlina so its not much use to me but I think it would look cool.

Is anybody who opened the headlight able to measure the diameter of the lens that holds the Xenon bulb?

Thanks

wth kind of oven are you guys using? a regular house oven or a special automotive oven? i'm wanting to open my headlights and tail lights up so i can try to do restoration on the front and clean them inside out. The left tail light has a leak and now the inside is dirty and it's bugging the crap out of me. Also, alternatively, I have a heat gun that is used in construcion to remove vinyl tile and it gets much hotter than your average hair dryer. Would this be okay to use instead of baking them in an oven?

Hey I did mine a few months ago and mine is leaking so I have to open it back up again. I put a green Halo in it and did this mod. I believe the Halo I used was a 70mm. Don't quote me yet. I'll get back to you when I take it back apart. Also I used contact cement to hold it to the housing. Im pretty sure the housing will break before the light will separate from it lol. Also, anyone know if doing this in the winter in a shop will be ok?
