Default Multiple misfires fixed

Symptoms:
p0301 -4
Poor idle

One bent exhaust valve replaced
All exhaust valve guides replaced
All exhaust valve seats replaced

Along with some troubleshooting $2200
Done by Protree speed shop in Hudson NH. Highly recommended.
Comments:
The die to machine the head could not be found locally and had to be shipped out to be machined. I have been told by both this garage and by the one that replaced my top that people in this area do not drive these cars, they sit in garages with low miles, and there is little experience fixing them.
Oh and no broken retainers.

Did you over-rev the motor?

They say that the only way to bend a valve is to overrev, if I did I don't remember doing it. I bought it with 50k on it and misfire codes. A valve adjustment made it go away for a year.
