my problem with noise

speaking of rotors it could be your heatsheild rubbing against your rotor. I searched for rear end sounds and that was one thing that came up. Wasnt effecting my car though i dont think

That could very well be the sound b/c I have noticed that my rotor shield is very tight on my passenger rear wheel. It seems like it is pressed against it near the inside close to the hub. I had a broken stud on that wheel a while back so maybe that was the problem.

my dealer say the sound on the decel is normal even though you had changed new clutch and flywheel..

help please

i hate the noise when you decel at every gear and during 3000rpm - 4000rpm

my only thought would be a cracked heat sheild somewhere.

I will report back today. I am going to put my car on a lift and check things out.

I put the car up on a lift and checked evrything and nothing was loose. I also road with a friend and his makes the noise also. I did notice it is quieter than before since i put the wheels on.

even if you change clutch from oem to new oem or from oem to aftermarket, it will only temporarily fix the clutch buzz but it will most definetly come back. I would bet this is definetly the noise you speak of. You have a 2000 like me and i cant get rid of the noise to save my life, ive given up. If i remember correctly i think the causeof the buzz is due to a slightly bad angle with in teh transmision, that why you cna only temporarily fix it.

the noise only occur when you acel then decel at constant speed...
