My VAFC Settings...

People have requested my VAFC settings, so here they are.
Note, these are the settings on a supercharged S2000. I do not recommend that you try these settings on your car, even if it is supercharged.

WIDE THROTTLE:
LVT - 1000 RPM = -3
LVT - 2000 RPM = -3
LVT - 3000 RPM = -3
LVT - 4000 RPM = -3
LVT - 5000 RPM = -3
LVT - 5500 RPM = -5
LVT - 6000 RPM = -6

HVT - 4000 RPM = -3
HVT - 5000 RPM = -3
HVT - 6000 RPM = -3
HVT - 7000 RPM = -0
HVT - 8000 RPM = -5 (currently changed to -4 in attempt to eleviate slight hiccup)
HVT - 9000 RPM = -10

NARR. THROTTLE:
All zero

V/T CONTR:
L-H = 6000
H-L = 5500

V/T UNMT:
HI<<LO = +2%
LO<<HI = 0%

THROTTLE:
LO = 45%
HI = 50%

NEP HVT:
NE1 = 4000
NE2 = 4500
NE3 = 5000
NE4 = 5500
NE5 = 6000
NE6 = 7000
NE7 = 8000
NE8 = 9000

NEP LVT:
NE1 = 1000
NE2 = 2000
NE3 = 3000
NE4 = 4000
NE5 = 5000
NE6 = 5500
NE7 = 6000
NE8 = 65000

if you set them too high (assuming that makes the car faster), can it hurt the car?

You're altering the lean-ness or rich-ness of the air/fuel. Leaning it out makes more power, while richening it makes it more safe. So, yes, if you lean it out to much you could hurt the car.

did you dyno-tune your car (so you know what settings to keep it at), or did you just adjust it to what you thought/read was the right setting?

Do your high-rpm settings (6000 - 9000) lean or richen the air/fuel ratio?

Lean.

It's still about 13:1 - 14:1 at 6K RPM - 9K RPM, which is "rich", but it was going all the way up to 12:1 towards 9K RPM before the tuning.
