Complete instructions in the Service Manual (Helms) pg 20-42.

Where did you get the window from and how much?

There are 4 pages of instructions. It's not a simple job and requires quite a lot of dismantling, including removal of rivets. You must have a rivet gun to finish the job. If I were you, I wouldn't attempt this without the Helm manual in front of you - just too many things to miss and screw up.

So I guess you all are saying I should take it to like an upholster? I got the top from Majestic Honda, the online honda parts store, and got my ass handed too me, its a bit too late now. It was 180.00 before shipping, so i paid, and then when I got it, it stated with shipping, it bumped it to 256.00, yea, cough cough 76.00 in shipping? <---that was me around 4pm today when I noticed. oh well. Thanks everybdoy for the info

An upholsterer is not likely to have much experience at taking apart an S2000 soft top. They might do a real butcher job on it. You should try to locate a Helm manual from an owner close to you, get the tools you'll need (rivet gun) and consider doing it yourself. Might be cheaper and safer in the long run. Or maybe find out from this site if anyone near you has done this job already. They may be able to help you. They may even see this thread in time.

Instructions are here on the site. I'll see if I can find them again.

I plan on doing the same thing this weekend. here is a link to the instructions:

https://www.s2ki.com/home/uploadfiles/A00-048.pdf

I've got pretty much everything out (tray, console, glove box etc) and am ondering how necessary it is to take off the roll hoops. Has anyone here done this (replace window) w/ out taking off the hoops??? If not, can someone give a "how to" on where all the bolts are?

Also, if anyone has any suggestions on probelms that wil probably come up, please let me know.
