If anyone here who have modified the engine and have all measured of the engine please let me know.

Here are the things I am looking for since I don't have the tools to open my baby up. =)

Lenght of stroke: mm
Diameter of cylinder: mm

Am I misunderstanding this or are you looking for the Bore and Stroke?
From the Honda website:
Bore = 87mm
Stroke = 90.7mm
