Default MY05 Front Lip Install

How difficult is it? Any tips on making the install go smoothly? Thanks in advance for any and all responses.

Print off these instructions and follow them step by step and it'll be easy:

FYI - my dealer only charged me $45.00 to put it on, the guy that did it said it is difficult to do by yourself. It is rated in the dealer book to take only half an hour, it ended up taking closer to 2 hours... $45 seemed like a bargain.

I look at doing this sort of thing from two perspectives:
1. To save a little money.
2. To gain satisfaction and knowledge from having done it myself.
For me, at least, all the modding I do is primarily for the "hands on" experience. If I paid someone else to put them on, I wouldn't have 80% of the stuff I've got on the car.

Installing the front lip is pretty easy using the instructions that Xviper already linked you to. I installed 2 already. For mine, it took me 40 minutes since it was my first time. For my friend, it took me 20 minutes to install her's.

And of course, just an excuse to post a picture of my car :

Piece of cake. I followed those directions and had it installed in about 30-40 min. Everything lines up perfect. It would be nice to have an extra set of hands to help maneuver.

The last page of directions say that you have to remove the bumper in order to get towed???!!! Is that a Honda covering their a$$ statement, or is there some validity to this???
