Default Need help

Hi,

I am driving a 2007 AP2.

Current Mods
- Knn FIPK
- Js Racing Header
- Js Racing Test pipe
- Earls oil cooler
- Hondata Flashpro

Fixes tried
- Cleaning throttle body
- Disabling primary o2 sensor

When moving, upon releasing accelerator, the rpm will drop to 900 before increasing back to 1300 and hold it constant at 1300 until my car comes to a complete stop. (This is regardless of whether the gear is in neutral or in gear - if in gear the rpm will hold at 1000 instead)

I tried rolling my car down a slope after the rpm is constant at 950 at standstill. When my speed increases, without engaging gear or stepping on the accelerator, the rpm will increase to 1300 and hold it there. (until the car comes to a complete stop)

I am annoyed at the portion where by the rpm will drop to 900 before stablizing at 1300 (all would be good if rpm would drop no further than 1300 until standstill)

Is this a hardware issue or tuning issue ?

Thanks in advance !!

"Disabling primary o2 sensor."

Not sure how this helps the idle issue. Would think it may hurt it.

At one point, suspected if it could have been a faulty o2 sensor. But after disabling problem still persist, will be enabling the o2 sensor back.

Thank you!

Ok, I've tried resetting the ECU via disconnecting the battery but am still facing the same issues.

Can it be a faulty TPS ?

Thanks in advance for the input !

You stated you have a flashpro, have you tried taking away your tune assuming you have one?

Does the symptoms change if you have extra load on the car? (i.e. a/c, turning the steering wheel to full lock)

Yea, I have tried reverting back to stock map but the problem still persists.

On load the rpm tends to drop slightly
