Smile need help

have a s2000 body it was a scrap now is a car. is a 2005 put a new used harness in but I put a 2007 engine. I have gas on the rail ,keys are ok green light came on and off.
no spark at the plugs, 2005 have 2 TDC sensors and 2007 have only 1 TDC sensor what I have to do now with this, maybe using only 1 and the harness has 2 plugs maybe I do not have spark on the plugs?
or where or what I need to do to get this engine start,

Are you getting CELs? What are they?
Check the engine ground (behind the engine), it won't start if that is not seated properly.
If it's a 2007 engine, what year ECU are you using?

Long story short, try using 2006+ harness, with 2006+ ECU (with keys matched to it) if your engine is 2007.

Did you change the trigger wheel behind the timing cover?

There is a small part list needed to make it run.

You need to change valve cover with the including cam sensors and also the trigger wheels that sits on the cams.
Crank sensor and trigger wheel is also different and needs to be changed.
