Need Help with Clutch Issues
Ok, I know it's been a bit of time since my last post but due to the cold and lack of time since I'm a single father with two jobs and no child support......I rarely got time to get MY00 back together.
First, swapped out the master cylinder and slave and bled them to hell and back hoping that would resolve the issue. Ended up ordering a clutch/pp and after tearing it apart noticed a spring had busted through two of the splines on the PP.
Took ages to get it back together....about a month and a half =( Anyways, it's all back together and I'm under the car bleeding the clutch but I can't get pressure back in to save my life and it's spitting out nothing but fluid.
First I noticed the slave pin wasn't in the clutch fork so I got it in there. I also noticed when pumping the pedal, the fork/slave isn't moving. I thought it would a little bit.
So......there's two things I thought of, and need help from those more experienced since this is my first hydraulic clutch to mess with. The rod on the clutch pedal can be adjusted, could this resolve the issue? I noticed it was backed all the way out and the pedal was about a inch off the floor. I moved it about a half inch on the rod and it now touches the floor but the slave/fork aren't moving. Could I possibly not have the fork on the throwout bearing?
Thanks for any help!!!!!

If you aren't getting any resistance when you press the clutch pedal and all your hydraulics are hooked up, then your fork isn't in your throwout bearing. Keep in mind that on the S2000 the T/O bearing "pulls" the Pressure plate to release the clutch.
Well, I took the slave off and the boot that covers it and the clutch fork and of course my slave wasn't in the fork. Placed it in there and popped the boot back on and bolted it up.
Had my dad push in the clutch so I could open it up to bleed it out. He had resistance for a second and then a pop came from either the slave/fork/transmission. I can't for the life of me figure out why the hell I can't get pressure in the line. There's no bubbles coming out when bleeding the system.
I jumped into the car to feel the pedal, and you barely push it and it goes close to the floor. About a inch away from the floor you can feel it is at the engagement point, but I'm rather positive that inch of clutch isn't going to do me any good. What other routes can I go to get more pedal? Does anyone know how far the master's fork to the clutch pedal is supposed to be? I think I might of adjusted it way too far in the wrong direction. It's almost all the way out on it. Here when it manages to get about 3 degrees warmer, I'm going to go out and try and adjust the pedal to where it's closer to the firewall and not the seat like it is currently.

OOOOOOOOh! Update: Found a guy that knows a hell of a lot more about hydraulic clutches than me and poof I have pedal and I just got back from my first drive with the f1 pp and the exedy clutch. Seemed just fine but it grinds slightly into third all the time and forth every so often. All the other gears are smooth like butter.
Already got 950 miles on the clutch and it's holding out fine other than the third gear grind no matter the rpm. I'm going to fill up the tranny again with gear oil and see if that solves that issue.
