Default Need HELP!!!! CUSCO oil catch tank installation.

I bought a Cusco oil catch tank but don't know how to install it. I don't want to take my stock air box out because I have the spoon air duct.

Can anyone help me please?

You need to remove your cruise control module and buy a bracket from Honda for RHD cars to make the Cusco tank fit.

But you will lose your cruise control system.

I have the bracket already, but I don't know how to disconnect the cruise control system.
Also, is it easy to put the cruise control system back on??

should have just bought the Greddy universal kit. Much easier to install and cheaper.

Dan, do you have the Greddy? I'm thinking of picking one up, but is its capacity big enough? I mean do you have to empty these things out every so often?

No a friend has one on his ITR, it looks like a decent unit and he said install was simple. I've never asked him about how much he has to clean it out. The thought never crossed my mind. If I remember right it has a sight glass/indicator thing on the side. I'd just check it every time I check my oil. Which is everytime I fill-up.

You need to remove the cruise control and cut the bracket to fit. I have installed one and it is not hard to do. PM me if you need any info about installation.

I'm just worried about if the cruise control is hard to put it back on.

The cruise control is not hard to put back. You just need to buy a new bracket when you want to put them back to stock.
