Need help - Cylinder Misfires
Was just casually driving when the Check Engine Light came on. Was not flashing remained solid. Engine seems to stutter when idling at times if that makes sense. Would like to know where I should start before I take it to a mechanic. Thanks for your help!
Are you the original owner? Has the car ever had its valves adjusted?
If the valves were never adjusted, I would start with that, and in the process, carefully verify that there are no recessed (cracked) retainers. Granted, since the valve cover will be off, I'd probably replace the valve cover gasket and spark plug tube seals while you're at it.
Then I would start with replacing a single coil pack, resetting the codes, and seeing if it stops the misfire, moving it from cylinder to cylinder.
Lastly, if it's never been done before, I'd also take a look at your spark plugs and make sure they're properly gapped and look healthy *and* they are properly torqued down (24 ft-lb).

Check the valve lash, tight valve lash will cause a misfire, and if the valve lash is too tight for too long it will damage things. Valve lash being in spec is critical to engine longevity and performance. Most Hondas only ever need 1 valve adjustment in their entire life if the engine hasn't been taken apart, this car is no different, but it must be done, and must be done right.

I had this also. Seems really common with these cars, there are so many threads. Resolution for me involved running a bottle of fuel system cleaner through then sticking with Shell 93 octane only, replacing all four coil packs, replacement of spark plugs, and a valve adjustment. The wholesale coil pack replacement seems to be the thing that fully resolved the problem. If you have an AP1, the '04-'05 coil packs work perfectly and are half the price for OEM part numbers.
