Need help Door lock

Default Need help Door lock

Hello, i got a problem with my locks idk what to do. i got the car yesterday. My lock on my door is broken or something idk what to do. They gave me 2 keys 1 key opens passenger door and starts the car another key opens trunk and passenger door but doesnt start the car. so idk whats wrong with my driver door. i just want to know if its something i can possible fix or i got to take it somewhere to get fixed. Please someone let me know.

Omg they didnt give him the 3rd key with car, only 2 of them. The car is worthless now.

Wth, you never tried opening to car door before you bought the car? Weird. Take it to honda and tell em you need a new one bruh.

yep, may as well sell it to me for a $1. Maybe the keys were recut wrong at some point...

I'm not sure why you care, I cant remember the last time I used the key to open the door. Use the remote. What I would be worried about is why the locks are different. My guess would be it was wrecked, the door replaced, and for whatever reason the lock was not changed out.

i only ever got one key with my car...ive just always used the keyless entry to open and close the locks

i agree that it may have been in a wreck, look really close at the paint and see if you can see a difference between panels. usually the easiest way to tell. i am pretty sure that you can just get the car door rekeyed to match the keys that you have, dont know what a locksmith would charge to do that but look into it.
