need help with elastic strapps

can anyone tell me how to take off those metal screws or whatever they are that holds the elastic straps for the top. thanks people

They're rivets... you could drill them out.

Do you have Modifry's replacement elastic straps? There are instructions on his website on how to install the new ones.

nah they arent modifrys, i got this elastics from a friend but didnt come with anything else

I'd go ahead and spend the 20 bones to get the modifry ones. They come with a way to install them using the old rivets.
