Default Need Help finding a part for my S2K's fuel rail!

Hello again everyone. Im hoping that someone on this board can help me out here. Ok here is my question. A couple of days ago I was installing the Comptech Supercharger kit on my S2000. I got to the fuel pressure regulator step and hit a bind. I lost the plastic restrictor/washer kinda thing that sits in the fue rail that the fuel pressure regulator sits on top of. I went to Honda to see if I could order a new one, and none of the service people at the parts department could help me. They have since now ordered the wrong fking part 4 times in a row. So my questions is can anyone maybe either tell me what this part is called or find the part number for me?? Its the plastic, it looks like a washer that sits inside of the fuel rail that the fuel pressure regulator sitis on top of. Hope this descriptiopn isnt to vague!!!

If you are talking about the crush washer with the teeth on the inside, it's soft metal. There is no plastic on the fuel rail. Just go to the parts department and look at the blow-up picture with the fuel rail. It will be labeled.

You've lost me. Form memory the FPR sits on an o-roing and is held to the rail by two bolts (one either side).

Are you talking about the damper further forward on the rail?

Oops, I was thinking the pulsation dampner. The FPR used an O-ring. I picked up some at Homedepot. They were less than a quarter vs $2+ at the dealers.
Part #7 is the O-ring.

Yes it is part number seven. Thanks for the help Sideways. As for AusS2000, I clearly was talking about the fuel rail, I believe that you may be the one confused. Clearly not me.

Ah well, clearly.

I'm only trying to help. Both the damper and the FPR are attached to the fuel rail. The piece you are after (No.7) is simply an O-ring. It's not 'plastic' and it doesn't 'restrict' anything. Perhaps if you were a little clearer Slow, myself and Honda (x4) wouldn't have such a hard time understanding you.

Keep it nice, boys. It's just an O-ring.
