If anyone has installed an air/fuel gauge before, i need help on which O2 sensor to wire the gauge up to. thanks.

 

You'll want to wire it up to the primary o2 sensor wire. It's going to be wire C16 on the harness, and if you need a diagram, look here:

I BELIEVE (but really don't quote me on this because this is off the top of my head) that it is a white wire with a red stripe. I'd really double check this kind of information, you don't want to be snipping wires you don't know what they are, firsthand.

Do you know if there is much differnece in the USA and Australian model? Do you have any pics for the USA model?

I've got it as C16 also (on the plug closest to firewall) but as a solid White wire.

 

I think that that _is_ the USA model.. I didn't realize there was a difference in USA and Australian models, but again, don't quote me, I'm no expert.. Just trying to point you in the right direction.

 

the diagram does not come up for me. Where is the ECU located? It it right over the panel where the glove box is in most cars?

Hmmm.. Not sure, 9k. Does Helm's make an electrical manual for the aussie model as well? The Helm's manuals are my bibles.

 

i've got the cd but it's not very clear about the specific model
