Default Need help removing snapped bolt.

While attempting to do the soft top wind noise mod I snapped 2 of the bolts. One of them snapped flush with the surrounding metal so I can't get a grip with pliers and the other one wouldn't budge even after spraying WD-40 on it. Luckily it was one on each side so I could reinstall the strikers.

I'm think about heating the surrounding metal with a hair dryer and see if I can get them out.

Is there any other way I can remove them?
