Default Need opinion on timing tdc

Hi guys helping my friend look into a non start issue with his car. The car starts without the crank position sensor plugged which leads me to think whoever replaced the chain/tensioner before he got the car didn't do a very good job. Can someone take a look at the photos and see what they think about the timing. In person I feel it's pretty dead on but pics look a bit off.

thoughts?

The timing chain tensioner is installed correct? Make sure the pulley is marking TDC, and rotate the crankpulley clockwise when trying to line up timing marks. (Resist the urge to turn crank counter clockwose if you overshoot your marks)

Can't really see the marks on the cam wheels, too much white paint or to low resolution on the pictures.
