Need Parts Info
Definitely Need:
Friction Disk
Clutch Release Bearing
Might As Well Replace:
Release Bearing Guide (likely worn and its cheap)
Can Replace But Likely Not Necessary:
Pressure Disk (measure flatness/runout on existing to confirm its OK)
Flywheel (measure runout on existing to confirm its OK, can be resurfaced at a shop and reused if it measures out of spec)
Clutch Pilot Bearing (comes with the Flywheel if you order new, check function of existing if reusing existing Flywheel)
Don't Need Unless Its Broken:
Clutch Release Fork (highly unlikely broken)
Clutch Release Hanger (highly unlikely broken)
Release Hanger Spring (most likely of these items to be broken, but still unlikely)
Release Fork Boot (could be ripped/torn, probably still OK even if it is as long as it still seats into the trans)
Reuse all the existing bolts/washers/other items on that list.

That's exactly what I would do. I hate pulling trannies.
BTW... the engine rear main seal and the front seal on the tranny are good for the life of the car? In some cars, the rear main seal leaks after a while & ruins the clutch disc.
Thanks!

You are going to need some high temp urea grease to grease the splines on the input shaft that the throwout bearing rides on. This is Honda part #08798-9002
You show that you're buying both the flywheel and an extra pilot bearing. The flywheel should already come with a pilot bearing, at least it does from the online sites I use. You need to confirm this before ordering an extra pilot bearing.
Personally, I'd skip buying a new flywheel and just resurface the one you have.
If you find your rear main engine seal leaking when you have your tranny out, a new seal may be needed.
