Default Need some advice.. summer is comming help please

The story so far

I am getting a misfire CEL code periodically ( P0301 7 - 1 P1399 ____ Cylinder 1 Misfire Detected). This car is stock with around 100k on it. I pulled the plugs and noticed that they ALL look to be running very hot (very orange where porcelain meets plug threads). I also noticed what looks like it could be aluminum deposits on the electrode and they are all whiteish . That worries me. I run 92 octane or above so I

how many miles on your car? maybe a spark plug change is due...

I should have mentioned, as soon as we pulled the code and saw the plugs. I changed them and reset the CEL then drove about 400km. The CEL came back on and I checked the new plugs. They looked almost identical to the ones I pulled.

However judging by that article Id say my plugs looked similar to 16 or 19 which apparently is not alarming... So then maybe I have a bad coil pack on Cyl 1 causing the misfire. What do you guys think where should I go from here. I
