A 4.44 or 4.77 rear gear will help the performance a lot w/o taxing the motor. Ricks has them on sale at his site for $590 I believe. You will need a yellow box ($100) for speedo correction too.

But most of all, drive the car stock for awhile and enjoy it! Then you will appreciate your mods more later.

Regarding on exhausts first you must seee if you main have a loudy Exhaust or you prefer another less loudy

Other NA preformance are the Toda Cams we are waiting for results of the first owners that have installed the new version.

Header are very important, it seems that the state-of-the-art is the Toda Header.

if you have time try the search botton and you will find lot of iformation, sometimes too much

The car is already good stock, but enjoy the car stock for awhile before you do some mods. It's a great car.

Toda Header
Amuse R1
Spoon/Proflow/Speed Throttle Body
Intake (I don't know what a good brand is but i stuck with AEM)
4.44 Gears w/ Yellow Box
Spoon/Toda/Comptech Flywheel
Vafc and Harness

Some Mini Mods
Mugen Tstat
Mugen Fswitch
Honda Intake Manifold Gasket

Spoon/Speed Throttle Body; too expensive and it is not 100% sure that gives any advantage, but if you are going FI go ahead.

I would recommend to send you Stock TB to Proflow. Usually they have some in stock, so it would be just a trade. At the end you spent $150 instead +$500 for a Spoon, Speed or similar and you get the same results

Ops

A slightly upgraded TB wont give you noticeable gain at all if you stay NA...your looking at 0-4hp, worth it or not, its your call

fyi the aem won't fit on any of the superchargers for the s2k so you can not run them together.

if your planning to stay NA then get the intake

if your planning to go with any type of forced induction don't waste your money on getting a cai as you'll have to toss it later.

just save yourself the grief of trying to extract out more power through simple bolt on and go with the greatest dollar for value bolt on.

100 horsepower for $4K... thats $40 per one horse power. You can't find that kind of dollar for horse power on any other mod.

i agree, save your money and get a real power maker...supercharger or turbo.

i am personally waiting until the warranty expires and the engine is fully broken in and will get the special turbo kit i have my eye on.
