Need Speedometer Recalibration?
I swapped out my 16" OEM AP1 rims for some 17" OEM AP2 V1 rims. I was wondering if this wheel size change will affect my speedometer and odometer? If so, is there an easy fix?

Rim size doesn't matter, you need to know the tire size. You can get a 17" tire that has the same outside circumference as a 16" tire and the speedo would be fine. Google tire size calculator.

Thanks. With that, your speedo will read slow by 0.57% which is next to nothing. So when your speedometer indicates 60mph, you're actually going 59.6 mph
As far as tire date code, look for the 4 digit code. It's in week week year year format. So date code of 3512 means, manufacture date is 35th week in 2012.
