New Mugen LSD!!!
it's too bad quaiffe doens't offer a gear type diff, no hassles of rebuilds, no noises, it's always there and trouble free with no heat build up (as with clutch type diffs).
I would not get a diff to solve handling problems like entry understeer. I would look into suspension settings and different tire set-up first and look at diff last.

The two biggest problems I've found with my Kaaz diff are heat and wear. The wear has not been a problem yet, but with nearly 20k miles on the diff, I know I've got maybe 30k more before I've got to rebuild it again (and that's just no fun).
The heat, on the other had, has been a problem, at times. Mountain roads with lots of switchback really make this sucker hot. During a lengthy mountain drive, the fluid can actually burn and loose its properties. This happened to me last year after a 170+ mile canyon drive. At the end of the drive, the diff got pretty noisy and choppy (chattered through low speed turns) because whatever friction modifiers they had put in the Kaaz gear oil had burned off. After replacing the fluid, it was back to normal again, but at $40/can for Kaaz gear oil (the only kind you can use with the Kaaz diff), it's no fun to be changing it more often than once in a long while. Also, I'm sure the clutches experience accelerated wear when things get hot.
