You guys should really consider replacing the LSD units especially on the R32's and S13's. They dont really function too well after all those miles. My S13's VLSD at 90k wasn't in the best shape.

The S13, S14 and the R32 use the R200V which is a viscous type :thumbdn:
The R33 uses a Helical type which is similar to the S2000 OEM lsd.

Both ways as Kane suggested, it's best to get the diff reconditioned and fit in a new mechanical diff.

Nismo makes very cheap replacements that are extremely great in quality and they work very well.

Just found that the 93+ Infiniti Q45 also gets an R230 diff with 3.54 rear end...

300ZX Z32 gets the same rear end with a 3.64 or so rear.
