Default No power to cooling fan

My SPAL fan isn't turning on causing the car to over heat.
-directly connected the fan to the battery and it works
-fuse is still good
-relay is good
I put a 12v tester to the fan connecter and it did not light up. Not sure why power is not going to the fan plug any ideas?
This all happend after i blew the cooling fan fuse, after I replaced it with another one it didn't turn back on.

Check your fuse again...normally fuses don't go bad just for fun. Something caused it to go. If its blown again fix the problem first then put in another fuse.

If this is the case its either short to ground, short to power, or Jesus just no love you.

The spal fan tends to blow fuses sometimes because it draws alot of power so i dont think theirs a short. And the fuse is still good

I fixed this problem on my friend's civic. It was a bad ground so I just moved the wire.

Turned out to be the under the dash 7.5 blower fuse. Poped one in fan ran good for a few minutes turned car off then turned it back on and the fuse blew.
