So you had it floored and it would not accelerate? Your post is very vague, it sounds like you were idling at 700 rpms and are surprised you didn't have any power. Sounds fishy to me, definitely shouldn't be fuel starvation if you had a full tank.

Real talk though, I'd say it was fuel related still as I've hit bad fuel every now and then. Could also be fuel pump related as I've had those symptoms on my daily.... it's it's boosted so no way I'd should ever be low on power
