Default Noise after header install

This has probably been asked many times, but I've noticed alot of noises after my header was put on. On start-up I hear a rattle noise and at crusing speeds at about 25-30 theres some other noise that is pretty hard to explain. Please tell me this is normal?

Sounds normal for a header.

it will be normal if you hear a whining sharp noise by the headers especially by the collector pipe. check also if you have leaks on the flanges coz leaks can cause some hard to explain noises. re torque it. or remove it, put some (little)high heat silicone (red) to the gaskets to help seal better.it should be good after that.

to listen to the leaks, use a hose (some type that is similar to garden hose will do). use it like a stetoscope. one end to the flange and try to locate the leak and then place the other end on ur ear. trust me u'll hear an air swooshy sound if u have a leak.

hope this helps

Could be a heat shield or something
