The first thing I would do if I noticed this probelm is a used oil analysis (UOA) to see if the crankcase engine oil was getting contaminated with coolant. If it is, then the HG needs to be replaced ASAP. Coolant contamination will cause much more serious problems in the engine than you want to deal with.

It won't repair itself. It looks like nothing serious leak tho, how many milies on yours?
15 milies won't gives you any idea. I would say give it atleast another few thousands milies.
Replace gasket will takes a time, you need to remove head to get to that area. Idk about cost, if its botherin you then check with local guys who been working on s2k, iam sure they can help you out easier/cheaper than most shop cost.
Your leak is a result of the SEALER (not the head gasket) not having sealed the chain case area. note the grey bead of sealer in ther pic.
So, even if you did a new head gasket, if someone is not spot on with the bead of sealer, it wont help. It may even get worse.
You have a 1/4 of a teaspoon of oil there. heat pulls the oil flat, and makes the leak look bigger than it is.
40% of s2ks look like this, so take this best advice you will ever get: leave it alone It is in no way harming anything, it has no affect on pressure, you are not mixing coolant with oil.

wanted to bump this for anyone else concerned with it. I was just researching the same as my engine has the exact stain. Glad to hear its nothing to be concerned about
