Normal water temp and oil pressure?

I bought a water temp and oil pressure gauge just for the hec of it. What should they read under normal driving?

Well have had mine for only three weeks, here is what I have seen.

Oil Pressure: 25 Idle 80-85 normal, 95-99 WOT
Water Temp: 220-225 give or take because of weather.

Where is your coolant temp sending unit? When I monitored my coolant temp with an OBD-II scan tool, it stayed around 175 degrees F when ambient was around 55 degrees F.

200 kPa idle. 600 kPa just after start up and 3000 rpm.
82 Celcius normal driving.

Yes, it is. That is really why I asked. I wouldn't expect the cooling mods to have THAT much of an effect.

Ambient temps lately have been around 60-70*F.
After reaching operating temps:
oil pressure idling - 25 psi, normal driving (~4000 rpm) - 75 psi
water temp has been maxing out at 180*F, but if I've been pushing it, it will get close to 200.
I expect water temps to be much higher once the summer heat comes.
