I have read through some of the postings and unfortunately learned that this click can be either the TCT (which I doubt because of how loud the TCT sound is), the belts and pulley replacement, belt tensioner pulley, or valve tick. I will provide as much information as I can on the top of my head, any help is appreciated

2003 S2000 98,000 miles
Recently did an oil change will full synthetic 10w30 according to 76 (NOTE!!! I went during a promotion and paid $30 for the change)...
Oil level is fine
No engine mods, just bolt ons
-Headers
-Exhaust
-CAI

As a disclaimer: I've owned this car for about 2.5 weeks and is pretty much still brand new to me; although not mechanically inclined nor comfortably familiar with S2k's (as I said, brand new to me) I will get any information required up as fast as I can.

Thats not a TCT ...sounds like the values to me , adjustment is where I'd start .

 

Sounds like a combination of your injectors (normal) and your valves needing adjustment.

Get a valve adjustment

 

sounds a little like valves(on the left side, once the camera goes to the right side it sounds like injectors)
I dont think its cause for alarm at all. Sounds pretty normal, the motor is loud in general
