o ring in aicv

Default o ring in aicv

im having problem with this oring im not sure where it suppose to be sitting, please help

Put it into the channel on the smaller part. The face of the part you show it on pushes against it in the socket.

i was thinking about that also but it seems the oring is to big for that channel, im going to try again and take a pics

Sorry, I spoke incorrectly. I need to clean mine anyway, so I just removed it. The o-ring goes where you had it in the first place pushed all the way against the valve body.. Do you have the two small spacers installed at the bolt holes on the valve body side? I think it would be tight enough to bulge the o-ring if you didn't have those in place. The way it looks here, is that the two halves barely squeeze the o-ring.

i had one small spacer only because i lost the other one, the problem is whenever i tried to tight the motor to it the oring never stay on and its pop out just like that, did you take a picture how it looks like?

Put the spacer in, it will stop over-squishing the oring.
