Default OBD2 Codes and Bypass control valve?

So my car has been doing the rough idling, stalling thing that every else complains about for quite sometime now. Ive replaced the map sensor twice, cleaned the IAC, and reset the ecu... Still nothign

My car had the comptech supercharger w fmic. I went back to stock, and I noticed there is a female end of a plug that looks like it plugs into the right side of the airbox. It isnt plugged into anything.

So i took it to the local imports shop, and paid 45 dollars for an obd2 scan, and my check engine light, and maintenance lights were on, and it threw the following codes

p0172 fuel system too rich bank 1
P0410 Secondary air injection system
P0411 A INJ System incorrect flow

I have a custom exhaust, and I think there is only 1 o2 sensor (the shop said there is supposed to be 2)

They said the part that I need is the bypass control valve (soleniod maybe?).

Does this sound correct? Alsom they said the part from honda is 160.00, and they want 235.00 to fix it, and still say they dont know if thats whats causing this. Any suggestions?
