Default Odd Noise After Hard Braking

So I have a my2000 with about 74,000 miles. My car is in great condition. I have fairly new OEM pads on all four corners with Centric Premium rotors (both put on maybe 2,000 miles ago). I also have Volk TE37s that have been on for maybe 10,000 miles.

After some fairly hard braking, I noticed a humming/creaking sound coming from the front end. It's difficult to describe... it almost sounds like the ABS kicking in (like the ABS pump continues to run after I'm stopped, when the ABS shouldn't have kicked in in the first place - not braking that hard). The weird thing is that it only starts AFTER I come to a complete stop. So it's fairly hard brake, complete stop, maybe a one second delay, and then about 5-10 seconds of this sound. It's not super loud, but with the radio off and light traffic, it's always audible. And it definitely doesn't make the sound during braking, only after hard braking (not after light to moderate braking).

It's only been doing this for two days. I searched, but didn't find much.

Any ideas?
